Putting your wedding day in our trusted hands means that you will spend your special day relaxed, stress-free and soaking up precious moments with your loved ones.
But our coordination service doesn't just relieve stress on your wedding day but also in the weeks leading up to it! We jump on board approximately 8 weeks before your wedding to take all the last minute preparations out of your hands! We also support you throughout your entire wedding planning journey offering advice and guidance along the way.
Our passion for sustainability and dedication to reducing the carbon footprint of the wedding industry means that we also love sharing our eco-friendly wedding planning tips & styling ideas and connecting you with vendors who share our ethos!

6-8 weeks prior to wedding...
Handover meeting at venue
Wedding audit to ensure nothing has been missed
Unlimited phone support & vendor recommendations
Finalise furniture placement and create venue floor plan
Liaise with venue regarding site access for vendor deliveries
Confirm all deliveries and coordinate vendor bump in/bump out times
Create detailed wedding day run sheet
On the wedding day...
Supervise all deliveries and assist with furniture placement
Add final styling touches and set up any special personal items
Ensure everything is set up and styled for 30 mins prior to guests arrival
Repurpose ceremony furniture for use at the reception if required
Up to 8 hours on-site (fees apply for any additional hours)
